Backup Magic

Backup Magic is a simple, fast and compact backup/file copy utility for power users and system administrators (it is not designed for people who have limited knowledge about computer file systems). It is not meant for full system backups and does not have loads of options, but it does include all of the tools required to get your daily backup jobs done quickly and easily. Backup Magic copies new or modified files (you can specify include/exclude masks) from selected folders to another location such as a folder, network drive, zip disk or whatever writeable device you see in Windows Explorer. Even making a backup to a CD-R(W) or DVD-R(W) disk is not a problem if you have packet-writing software like DirectCD or InCD running. You can also make multiple groups and specify several file filtering options, request log file generation, use incremental or mirror copy mode and much more. Additionally, you can use variables in destination folder names so you can automatically generate folder names with current date/time/day (like Backup of Monday AM or 2007-01-07) - useful for keeping version history by date.
